• Coordinated a cross-borders career fair with 20+ Chinese companies, sourcing opportunities, negotiating contract terms, and supporting final event delivery

• Inaugurated first AAPI alumni coffee chat series to strengthen communications with the AAPI alumni, reaching out to hundreds of alumni and successfully hosting 5 full sessions of various sharing
